Ideally we recommend to Book a Ticket to arrive in Hyderabad on 13th September Evening & Check in & Leave Hyderabad on 16th September Morning Hours. However there are Post Event FAM Tours planned which may be till 16th Evening which are yet to be finalised & suggest to keep the return tickets Flexible.

Since the Venue does not have Inhouse stay facility we recommend the delegates to choose from Nearby Hotels .Wide options of Inventory is available in Financial District. The organisers have negotiated & empaneled few Premium & Deluxe Hotels from where continuous free shuttles shall be plying for Delegates convenience.

App Based taxis are the best options to reach Financial District or Gachibowli & the usual charges range would be INR 600- 750 based on Surge.

Special Wardrobe planner is designed & shall be shared shortly .Ideally 4 different costumes is what as organisers we recommend which is just a suggestion & not a compulsion. One for Day 1 Convention / One for Day 1 Awards night / Traditional for Day 2 Convention / Unique Costume for Day 2 Party & Dinner at Quake.

The organisers may provide a facilitation of the same vis a vis one help desk , However the organisers do not take responsibility of arranging any & also the responsibility of any belongings etc during the sharing stay.
